The Gum Care division of GSK oversees two key brands: Corsodyl in the UK and Ireland and parodontax globally - the same product marketed under different names. Gum disease ranks as the third most common oral care concern after whiteness and bad breath, presenting a significant growth opportunity.
Our team developed integrated brand campaigns tailored to each market, designed to drive sales and elevate brand awareness. These campaigns delivered measurable results, contributing to a 15% increase in sales across the portfolio.
In parallel, I spearheaded a global website rollout, expanding GSK’s digital footprint from just 4 live websites to 22 within a year. The rollout framework I created remains the benchmark for digital excellence at GSK, ensuring consistency and efficiency across markets.
