Selleys - Storm

Upon receiving this brief, we had two issues against us. The first was that sales for 'STORM' had stagnated - this was a sealant used to help prevent rain water cause damage - it was seen as a solid product but no clear need was established. Furthermore, we were forced to launch in June and we received the brief in April, so we had to move fast.


We decided to dramatise the impact of water damage if water is left untreated. This turned out to be a highly-effective campaign that led to the sell out of STORM in Bunnings stores across Australia - despite it launching in one of the driest/hottest winter's on record.
